The NitoPhone natively allows you to call two contacts and merge both in a three-way conference.

As a subscriber, you are able to set up a personal 4 way conference call. Depending on your subscription package, you may be able to enable non-Nitonet participants in your conference room.

You will need the Enterprise Conference Call service if you require more than 4 participants on your conference.

NitoPhone supports SMS to both Nitonet numbers (NitoNumbers) and non-Nitonet numbers. At this stage though, we have only enabled SMS to NitoNumbers. We are currently working with our external SMS gateway partners to turn on non-NitoNumber SMS.
